SHIPPING POLICY
All guitars are shipped in a case. Because of their dimensions, Deltas and some custom instruments require a custom case that will be built by me to the specs of the guitar.

Guitars and their cases are insured and will be packaged well and shipped via UPS although I welcome in person pickup of your instrument.

Accessories and small items are posted via Royal Mail.

Orders shipped outside of the UK are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Return Policy
I will be happy to accept returns up to 14 days after delivery on all shop items such as pickups, accessories and guitars that are not custom made. As long as everything is in the same condition as it was when it was sold you will be issued a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Unfortunately refunds aren't available on custom ordered instruments, but if you are unhappy with your order then please get in touch.

In the unlikely event that your guitar or part is faulty, please call or email me in the first instance. If possible I will pay to get the item back here and fixed, but if it's something unrepairable then I'll issue a full refund.
If you've broken something then let me know and I will quote for repairs.
